The real issue that should be fixed is [here](https://github.com/flutterchina/dio/commit/516825fb8392e5a8aaaef3cbba6f7cb8d075a620#diff-bed0ea39c9af0b71c65fb305e8c68236e0292cad32dd6693fe8092aefcdfb6a7R381). It is not the issue about http2, but `Options`.
By the way, some unit tests should be added for sure.

The same problem occurs in Ubuntu 14.04.
