Palette window on Graphical Layout Problem

Hi. I'm having a problem in my palette window.

Before hovering: screen shot 2014-04-22 at 9 59 59 am

After hovering each: screen shot 2014-04-22 at 10 00 10 am

How to fix this in Mac? The font is not readable when you hover on each palette.

The same problem occurs in Ubuntu 14.04.
