Mostly sounds fine to me. I'm not sure about duplicating inventory item on the Abilities tab though. What do you think @PrototypeESBU ?

Could you provide a location in the rules for vehicles so we can accurately represent the core rules?
I'll add this as a "NIce to Have" enchancement request, because you could easily use a normal Character or NPC for the task.
It's already possible to give advantage to spells via the built-in spellAdvantage pre-defined effect. It would be possible to extend this to Class abilities as well though.
