Similar to the advantage stuff, it should only indicate not enforce, as there may be situations where the disadvantage may be cancelled out.

Need to handle things like bags of holding, etc.

These could then be assigned to Light Source items and Effects.

I don't think this is a high priority before initial release, but we should itentify areas of the system that could benefit from triggering custom hooks that 3rd party modules...

New dropdown option. Possibly track the level it was aquired at? Existing Patron-style Talents will need to be converted to Boons (migration script required)
