It's possible that you had them built before at some point
The bin folder is not relevant for the build result and doesn't have to be cleaned
The log does not contain any useful data
This is not a bug, and it has nothing to do with rpcs3s home menu. So the title makes no sense here.
The issue here is possibly that we spawn a blocking OSK instead of an async dialog. I have this on my todo list, but no idea when I'll come around...
