Hmm there's been no change to that part of P3RFix in v1.2.2. Perhaps something with the render textures changed in the Aegis update? I'll investigate further.

You don't need to delete 'd3d11.dll' if it's from the DXVK zip. The reason I recommend deleting the file is because prior to v2.3, the included ASI loader for MGSHDFix...
