You only need to input the selector of the checkbox, you can set whether the checkbox is checked or not in the "Selected" option. 
Have you tried to reconnect the block, and check the input and output of the package.

If you're using Chrome, the fix is on its way
It's working when I tested it, maybe try to restart your browser. If it is still not working, try to remove and add the wait connections block 
I think it's not working because your workflow (see below image) doesn't have a loop breakpoint  after selecting a list of elements you must press escape so Automa knows...
Thanks for the report, it crashed because it hasn't optimized to handle an infinite process. I'll try to fix this in the future.
You can try that, and maybe that cause it gets slower because the log of the workflow is saved into memory and increase the usage of the memory
Add the Handle dialog block before the dialog occurs
