If you're any experienced with programming, one could try to make this. I've used [AutoIt](http://autoitscript.com) in the past, and I'm sure that's doable.

You can move zones based on zone-index or their position. Please have another look at the FancyZones Settings. Let us kow if that solves your issue /needinfo

Please share a screenshot so we can see what it looks like. Can you check if segoe fluent icons font is present on your system? Probably related: #18055 /needinfo

PT Run (or the plug-in) should leverage the settings/locations as in Windows Search. Can you check/change those settings and let us know if that does the trick?

AFAIK this is often hardware-related. Some older touchpads just aren't that advanced. So I doubt if it would be possible to upgrade those to the desired level...
