Microsoft powerToys 中的Power Rename界面中文显示乱码 通过控制面板→时钟和区域→区域→管理→更改系统区域设置→管理→beta版，使用Unicode UTF-8提供全球语言支持 选中后注销电脑，重新登录后Power Rename界面显示正常，但是有些其它的软件显示异常或者不能使用
