FWIW, I don't see any need to keep this location informatin for the translators because they don't actually use it, so I say drop it entrely.
Overall looks good to me - there's some minor efficiencies to be had with the Pathname objects that I commented above

IMO I think we need a new, dedicated volume, but I'm not sure how that would work with upgrades.
What about a threshold for printing? Like maybe only the top 10, or perhaps any table over X rows/tuples, or something?
Just to be clear - I'm 100% _for_ this PR, but would prefer if we can get it into a format that's not onerous for diagnosing issues that _don't_ need...
