This was fixed, but I can't recall in which version. @GilbertCherrie do you know what version we fixed this in?
As discussed I think we need to add a prototype flag that allows/disallows the server role. @jrafanie Thoughts on how we might best do that?

We also need a mechanism for when the opentofu runner image is not available.
That commit was backported _after_ we released Petrosian-1, and we never released a Petrosian-2. @dvhbliksem if you want, you can hand patch your appliance with this commit: ManageIQ/manageiq-ui-classic@fe6d2fd641 .

Can you give some more background and detail on what exactly you're trying to do? Where is Grafana running in this architecture and what is it presenting? Do you want...
Is it acceptable to just have the menu item open a new tab with Grafana? If so, that functionality already exists.
