I am having the same IDE0036 consistency issue as @mcflux. Roslynator should provide (documented) configuration so that we can solve this without disabling an analyzer.

This sometimes happens when a refactor/fix takes longer than the timeout. There are other instances where it fails immediately due to various logic errors.

Looks like this project died or something. Oh well.
