I believe you should be able to set region entry to denied for everyone, and basically use the member/owner list as a whitelist instead.

Surely it should keep taking money from the users bank account, you know, if they have money to do so. Otherwise, up for sale

Think it would be friendlier to do something like: /ps kick [plot name (default==current | specify)] [user] But I do like the idea of it !

Or being able to set a percentage return 0 being nothing returned 100 full refund.
