RGB Support 1.16.x

If it's possible add RGB Support for versions > 1.16.X ´

To create Display names with RGB, lore, messages...

ProtectionStones will likely have to drop older minecraft versions when 1.17 comes out due to negative y-values, and so I can probably implement this after that

I ran into an issue when implementing this for 2.9.0 where if the text was clickable, the colour would bug out and become black, I'm still not sure yet if this is a minecraft issue but I will need to investigate
