Refund for breaking a protection block

At current, to use this plugin for claiming plots on a creative server, the only real option is paying to place the stone, since it's retained in the inventory.

It would be ideal to either make it possible to remove the stone from the creative inventory (allowing a cost to buy the stone and free place/break), or a way to get money back (eco) upon breaking a stone that cost to place.

Or being able to set a percentage return 0 being nothing returned 100 full refund.
