Thanks @WhyNotHugo for writing this. Should this be on busd instead. zbus will of course need to provide bindings but that's trivial.

From what I understand, this is just [AUTOLAUNCH address](https://dbus.freedesktop.org/doc/dbus-specification.html#meta-transports-autolaunch).

@elmarco the config changes are super desirable even w/o dbus-broker tests in mind. Do you think you can clean this up soon?
