In the past they were fixed once in a while but not prevented, thus it is neat but not perfect as it would be after adding this action ;-)

Humble attempt to fix typos by adding codespell action, config etc.

but the number is way too many. If someone could help and push more skips to add -- would be great.

Best to have configuration(s) in central place so people could just use `codespell` without pre-commit TODOs - [ ] remove TMP commit with typo after having verified that pre-commit does...
