Would you rebase master branch?
Could you address these RuboCop offenses and rebase onto the master branch? I'd like the RuboCop offense fixes to be included in the original commits, rather than seeing separate commits...

Just FYI. httpcilent is having new changes like https://github.com/nahi/httpclient/pull/471 .
It looks like duplicate with https://github.com/heartcombo/devise/issues/5705 and https://github.com/heartcombo/devise/pull/5695 should fix it.
The reason why this pull request removes this one is https://github.com/rails/solid_queue/pull/337 added the `run` method later.
