`handlingNameHash` on cheburek now returns the correct hash

I tested it and noticed the same behaviour but I doubt it's really a bug because when a vehicle spawns it can change position regardless of the alt:V code (game...
before release of v15 alt.LocalObject was named alt.Object
Confirmed on 13.0-dev65  At the same time `alt.File.read` still works
Seems like it also happens with vehicles (probably with all entities? peds, objects)

@Lekenthu >Before each LocalObject is created, the model is loaded with requestModel you dont need to load model of it yourself
can you specify models that are not loading?
