Repurpose DENO_DIR to deno's user home

Would be better to change `DENO_DIR` to use `deno`'s user home instead of `/deno-dir/`? Eventually, this is not an issue with the image, but something I'm facing with GitLab CI...

As a user i want to be able to configure a sender name per email alias so i don't expose my real name for any of my anonymous email addresses....

While trying `Mountbank` via `Docker`, I believe the manifest should make use of `ENTRYPOINT` instead of `CMD["mb"]`; e.g.: `ENTRYPOINT["mb"]`.
