@mcatanzaro what version of openh264 do you have installed? Because I have just upgraded to `openh264-0:2.4.1-2.fc41.x86_64` and it seems things might be better (although that might be just pure luck)

This should be resolved on Fedora by building mariadb-connector-c with `-DDEFAULT_SSL_VERIFY_SERVER_CERT=OFF` option. More details [here](https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mariadb-connector-c/c/f86443cf76). However, it is likely not permanent measure. Not sure 🤷
