Actually it is not just about BR ... but also every package which depends on rubyem-rails is broken during the rebuild ...

Is there a chance to prioritize the `undo` / `rollback` functionality? I'd say this is in my experience the last missing bit to make the DNF5 fully usable for me.

I have not really wanted to suggest this should be prohibited / reported as an error. But since duplicates are already detected and reported, reporting this would be in line...
