This is also there for me too... I think that @valinet should add a option to remove these frames in settings. This was only there for Win10 flyouts.

Windows version is not the issue bro...

@Amrsatrio what's ur opinion on this. Can EP adds a functionality to force disable these focus frames in future.

Alternate way to create local account is to use "netplwiz". From here, you won't get any issue. Check once
