Having a different Win-X menu for Old Taskbar10

Is is possible to have a separate EP offered new WIN-X menu for classic Taskbar10. So that, it can be possible to edit the menu with favorite options like adding any application, etc. Bcoz it is not possible after 22H2 build. Having a different or ported WIN-X from Win10 will be nice. Like SAB have that.

It is just a suggestion. If it is not that much of time consuming, then it needs to be here.

It will need coding knowledge..and I don't have that. Any other help regarding testing or wot, sure.
