For `FindPython` it's sufficient to add `cpython` as a `tool_requires` and a `VirtualBuildEnv`. I think that's not too much to ask from the package consumers.
@RubenRBS @mayeut Could you re-run and review this PR now that #23506 was merged? This should be the only remaining package that is still causing version conflicts with other GTK...
