Having thought about it, this change will not work for us since we run this docker image in a non-self-hosted environment. We want to be in manual control over migrations...

1. Go to https://markosaric.com/stats/ 2. Scroll down to 'countries' 3. Click 'details' What I see is that the modal opens above the actual viewport so you need to scroll up...

Ah darn this is a bit worse than I thought. Two separate issues: 1. All of our timezones are configured so that they do automatically follow the daylight savings rules...

And also there's a third related issue: we're currently reccommending the wrong timezone to people. Here's what I get:  Moscow is the wrong timezone for me....
