Having more familiar flags would be more user friendly.

This is intentionally underspecified for now but we should grow some concept of client resumption.

The current code is unabashedly unoptimized, having some throughput measurement would be nice. It would also be nice to attempt to answer the question "what performance impact will this have"...

Would it be possible to stream webp (or otherwise) videos in a grid for the monitor/debug view?

Buf has emerged as a major player for improving protobuf development -- optionally leaning on it for things like formatting or linting could be quite helpful.

print error from config file parsing by default

That providing undefined arguments prints some help and exits but ```-config (nonexistent)``` doesn't print anything seems like a bit of a mismatch. I realize CommandLine has ExitOnError on by default...

Including some nice parsing of common linter output would be a huge win as well.
