If we want to switch to v4, we have to do proper testing of every single field. You cannot just toggle it like this and hope that nothing will break....

I dont see any related crashes in the logs. Did you get the app from Google Play, or some other source? Havent you deleted some system files, or disabled system...
do you have a rooted device, or maybe you disabled some system services?
Not sure, you can try I guess. Dont you have the app installed on an SD card?
heh, those looks nice. It might be added later, but dont really expect any complication like that for now
theres a lot of things that differ from Android version to version, developers have to get used to it :) Ill research it once I get there.
if you click on the bottom field at the Contact creation screen, what appears? It should list the available contact source like your email, Phone, SIM etc.
do you see it in any other downloaded contacts app? Do you have any contact stored on your SIM already?
