Update from github that has v2.5.12?
I guess `filterAcquisitionNum` can do it. ```r filterAcquisitionNum(OnDiskMSnExp, c(800L:820L , 880L:900L), 1) ```
OK I kinda found the answer. If I lower S/N to 1E1 the peak appears. Even if S/N is reported as 394. So why was it eliminated with S/N 1E2?

We always have this issue and today I finally made a ggplot2 version that can be passed to plotly so you get an interactive plot. The interactive plot hover info...

Isn't the default ` mzdiff: -0.001` supposed to not join peaks?
