Could potentially boost RAxML-NG performance, maybe discretize into rate cats by initially using a free rates model with 4 or 8 discrete rates?

We discussed that today and came to a good conclusion -> bootstopping gets directly integrated, the rest goes into a separate tool

low priority as most of this functionality is also provided by old standard RAxML
