Implement CAT approximation of rate heterogeneity?

Could potentially boost RAxML-NG performance, maybe discretize into rate cats by initially using a free rates model with 4 or 8 discrete rates?

Hi RAxML-NG team, I'm trying to use RAxML-NG to analysis a huge dataset which has been collapsed several times when using RAxML. But the GTR+CAT is the preferred model. May I know if I can run with GTR+CAT on current RAxML-NG version? Thanks for your attention.
