I'd like to be able to use not second instance of OBS Streaming, but OBS Recording output as stream source without modifications. (similarly to how OBS suggests to record using...

x264 - which settings are used?

There's no way to set encoding preset or enter them as a line of text. Could be cool to get same settings OBS itself provides.
