Request: Use recording output for streaming

I'd like to be able to use not second instance of OBS Streaming, but OBS Recording output as stream source without modifications. (similarly to how OBS suggests to record using stream encoder and options - here stream using record encoder and options) This is required in order to send a higher quality stream to some platforms while maintaining normal quality stream for others without extra strain on the system.

Currently if you create a second stream while also streaming with x264 and recording with nvenc on higher quality, OBS lags hard.
