It should be doable via C64/Keyboard mapping but indeed there's something wrong going on there as the mapping is not saved. I'll try to fix that.

It "crashes" when loading prg because it is set in Settings to run autostart mode "snapshot", thus it loads a snapshot on prg load (wipes everything). Please change this setting...
