Beginnings of a Flake, inspired by https://github.com/alvr-org/ALVR/pull/2340. Of note, the `nixpkgs` package for ALVR downloads the AppImage and uses that, currently.

This adds support for this wheel when in HIDPP mode using https://github.com/JacKeTUs/hid-logitech-hidpp. The name, steering and pedals are correctly reported, most buttons seem fine as well. Configurations are disabled (as...
