wip: nix flake

Beginnings of a Flake, inspired by https://github.com/alvr-org/ALVR/pull/2340. Of note, the nixpkgs package for ALVR downloads the AppImage and uses that, currently.

Likely will need to add in a patch that's present in the current PR for ALVR in nixpkgs (https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/308097/files#diff-3e39046ee7e52db30972d97e7062aac3acf4c2595b864f8e4962bfb889490e4d)
