git.savannah.gnu.org is down / `Could not resolve host: git.savannah.gnu.org`

Both for Emacs itself and the package repositories, `https://git.savann..` is not working for me, quite frequently as of recent. Apparently however, `git://git.sv.gnu...` is working fine. Just changed the sources here...
