Sounds like a windows daemon issue for you @dhrudevalia Can you confirm its running and maybe try disabling the deskflow service on windows to see if that works any better.

Restarting the server every x Ms is not gonna work out. its gonna result in droped input and your mouse teleporting about while the server goes up and down.
Propose some changes in this Issue and ill update the docs
deskflow 1.21.0 + uses `~/Library/Deskflow` to store all the settings related files.
`~/.config` .. would be the place for this and i see it makes files in `~/.config/Deskflow`
are you talking about the ssl item only?
@nbolton please make pr for this we should not be looking in `~/.deskflow` at all for sure
