hmm Working fine on my mac.(15.0.1) can you try this Remove all the accessibility settings for deskflow and re run the application to have mac os reask about the permissions....
my guess is the host is being confused about the cusor location when you have rdp remote controlling it and deskflow
It may depend on the client i can not recall any specific issues using rdp but its also not somethng i use often myself.
