The `fn` attribute was deprecated in evdev 1.0.0 (Jun 02, 2018), and has now been removed.

Improve error message when a device is busy and can't be grabbed

The new message contains the failed device and also forwards the actual IOError message to the user, which makes it easier to troubleshoot.
