Thanks for creating such a useful tool! I rewrote this issue because I see that the version of winget being downloaded has been updated. That said, winslap should really attempt...

it would be useful to know which changes are per-user

I'm pretty sure that the various "slaps" are a mix of per-user and system-wide changes. It would be helpful if the per-user settings were annotated in some way---even just marked...
