I'm pretty sure that the various "slaps" are a mix of per-user and system-wide changes. It would be helpful if the per-user settings were annotated in some way---even just marked with an asterisk (*). That would mean that user profiles could be mini-slapped, which would save a bunch of time when creating a new user profile. :)

Thank you for the suggestion, I think it's a good idea and I'll think about how I can implement it properly. You're correct that the slaps are currently a mix and there is particular order yet. I've only tested it on single-user systems so far.

After enabling the "Advanced" group, my system display language is locked, and there is no way to change the system display language, nor can I install additional language packs. Maybe I shouldn't do these options.

I am a newbie, so I cannot report the detailed process, sorry. suggest adding the option of "Restore Settings" to avoid a novice situation like me.
