I am not sure if this was intentional, but the new Plots tab on the study view is missing the "same gene" functionality that we have in the results view....
The TP53 mutation rate seems very low ... I don't think all the samples in the list with mutation data have been sequenced https://bit.ly/3Vrsh5n
Try this link: https://bit.ly/3XRbuKr The Type of Genetic Alterations Across All Samples should show the alterations, but instead shows "no alteration"
