FWIW, I don't have these set to hotkeys, I just use the command palette (cmd/ctrl+p by default). But yes, I think I can get a heading click-option working eventually!
I'll look into this. It should be possible—in fact it was an option in previous versions but I removed custom filename strings to reduce confusion.
