I was planning to use shellcheck for refactoring. Will send a pull request by EOW.

@1egoman I am new to circle ci and doesn't know how to trigger the build. Can you check if shellcheck is invoked with the current pull request?

wouldn't it be better to have a [tldr page](https://github.com/tldr-pages/tldr) for http instead of usage?

I am not referring to installing a tldr page with pip, just providing another alternative for your problem. Will also help others who are using tldr pages.

@debodirno Let's migrate from Travis to Github actions, as a part of that effort this commit can be merged. @z-kovacs Care to work on this migration?
