I think we should block stuff like 0wner and Dev and Own3r to prevent imposter tags.

I suggest the /tban (or /noob) ban message to include the ban appeal link mostly. Not much to say - can help with confusion of finding the link for different...

I think SA should be blocked from /tag from non-superadmins as well as STA and SRA as we use those now instead of Super Admin or Telnet Admin or Senior...
