Confirmed, this happens when 2+ members with the same IP are on, for some reason generally one or both gets desupered until the other leaves.
@JeromSar I think this would have a larger area and maybe different kinds of particles
I don't believe it would be 1 line, as it would be adding multiple things since it's adding SA, STA, SRA, etc. to it.
