I cannot reproduce anything of the sort. Here's me joining a dedicated server:  Clientside only entities always have EntIndex of -1. Same for serverside only entities.
The flex manipulation functions override the default flex processing for players, so it makes perfect sense.
This might be related to this unhelpfully titled issue: https://github.com/Facepunch/garrysmod-issues/issues/5792 Any way to reproduce the issue would go a long way to fixing it. Errors during hooks is a valid...
I have yet to see a way to reproduce the issue.

Without some kind of reliable way of making this happen on my end, there's not much I can do. From what I can see, the warning happens when `info_particle_system` entity...

Sorry, x86-64 failed to build yesterday, it should be up to date now, and contain the fix for this issue.
Ok, this cannot be fixed without a network compatibility breaking update. Could've been avoided if people tested this before the June update, but oh well.
