HTTPS endpoints not resolving when running in Process Isolation

Same issue when running 2004 images in process isolation. HyperV Isolation works correctly, but no HTTPS endpoints will resolve for any containers?

Need to pass --confirm as arg for CLI v21

Can confirm I had the same issue, with a `vercel.json` included in the project. I had to include the `--confirm` flag to have my builds complete.

@markvanaalst, what are your thoughts here, do we want to index the learning courses on the Developer Portal, knowing that not all of the courses are aimed at the Developer...

@IvanLieckens - Having a think about this, I agree it seems strange to have what looks like an incorrect country included in the results, even if the data is correct....
