HTTPS endpoints not resolving when running in Process Isolation

The HTTPS endpoints on the containers don't seem to load when running in Process Isolation. The HTTP ones load fine, but HTTPS won't resolve.

I'm running 1909 images, and attempting to run docker-compose.xc.sxa.storefront.yml. Switching back to hyperv isolation fixes the issue.

If possible can you try again on 2004? According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/virtualization/windowscontainers/deploy-containers/version-compatibility?tabs=windows-server-2004%2Cwindows-10-2004#windows-10-host-os-compatibility, 1909 is "not support" but 2004 is.

Same issue when running 2004 images in process isolation.

HyperV Isolation works correctly, but no HTTPS endpoints will resolve for any containers?

Is this issue the same as Nick discovered with the firewall setup on Sitecore corp machines?
